An algorithm is basically a set of steps a computer uses to accomplish a task. In the context of social media, an algorithm is how a social platform determines which content to display at any given time to a particular user.
Social networks are notoriously secretive about how their algorithms work, but in general, they use clues based on a user’s social relationships and interactions to determine which content that user will find most appealing.
الخوارزمية
الخوارزمية هي في الأساس مجموعة من الخطوات التي يستخدمها الحاسوب لإنجاز مهمة معينة.
وفي سياق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تُعد الخوارزمية الطريقة التي يحدد بها أيّ تطبيق أو منصة اجتماعية أي محتوى سيتم عرضه لمستخدم معيّن في وقت محدد.
تميل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي إلى إخفاء تفاصيل عمل خوارزمياتها، ولكن بشكل عام، فهي تعتمد على مؤشرات مستمدة من علاقات المستخدم الاجتماعية وتفاعلاته لتحديد المحتوى الذي قد يجده أكثر جاذبية.
An A/B test is a method of comparing two variations of an ad, piece of content, or other material so you can see which version performs better.
Also known as split testing, A/B testing involves changing one small element at a time (like a headline or graphic) to refine your results. التسويق بالعمولة

AI chatbots can have simple discussions with users on websites, messenger apps, mobile apps, or by telephone. They are often utilized to personalize the customer experience on an eCommerce site by answering FAQs through the chat function.

روبوتات الدردشة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Chatbots) هي برامج حاسوبية مصممة لتعلّم محاكاة المحادثات البشرية باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI). يتم تدريبها على إجراء محادثات شبيهة بالبشر من خلال عملية تُسمى معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP).
