Rules for Companies Receiving Your Data
Companies that receive AMIN Audience data must follow our rules:
- Refer clearly to the campaign in their first message to you.
- Include a visible and easy unsubscribe option in every email.
- Avoid excessive automated sales emails.
If a company doesn’t follow these rules, AMIN may refuse to share leads with them in the future.
Retention and Deletion
- You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we remove your personal details from our system and adjust our membership counts.
- We keep activity logs for security and auditing.
- Download and attendance records are stored indefinitely.
- Content you authored or shared on AMIN stays online. Content on AMIN is joint ownership and not removed automatically if you leave.
